Mozarella-Chilisalat:

(wie gewollt, Cocktailtomatenhälften dazu)
: 250g Mozarella (Büffelmozarella)
: 3 Chilis, gelb, rot, orange
: frische Basilikumblätter
: Ein Schuss Olivenoel
: Ein Spritzer Zitronensaft
: Salz & frisch gemahlener schwarzer Pfeffer

Den Mozarella in grobe Stücke schneiden. Chilis waschen, entkernen und in die offene Flamme vom Gasherd halten (wenn kein Gasherd, in der Pfanne rösten). Die gerösteten Chilis der Länge nach in dünne Streifen schneiden und mit dem Mozarella in eine Schüssel geben. Olivenoel, Zitronensaft, Salz und Pfeffer darüber und mit Basilikumblätter dekorieren.

Am in Munich, enjoyed a great “who made who” concert at Die rote Sonne yesterday and now wanted to cook some fish at my friends place. However, it turned out that the oven is out of order…Sad i am..
But this recipe is my alternitive recipe for today out of the cookbook i once made for my friend. Just click on the picture to get a bigger size. My favorite with it is a original maroccan lamb tajine. Maybe you like it.

saturday recipe. It’s pumpkin time..

 

Pumpkin-Potato-Zucchini-Gratin:
that’s what you need:
:one small pumpkin (hokaido is recommended)
:some potatoes
:one big zucchini
:200g cream
:feta-cheese
:olive oil for the plate
:salt&freshly ground black pepper
:basil
and here you go: cut the pumpkin, potatoes, zucchini in very thin slices and place on a plate with olive oil. Flavor with salt and pepper. Preaheat the oven to 180°C .
Put in the oven and pure in the cream and the chopped feta-cheese. Cook for about 15minutes and decorate with fresh basil.
